PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal identification method and a personal identification device which automatically change a credential for authentication without storing a password nor requiring a user operation.SOLUTION: A personal identification device is configured to: receive current location information of a user's portable communication device from the portable communication device to collect information about a movement history of the portable communication device; generate a question about a detail of the history to present the question to the user; compare a response received from the user with the detail of history; and determine that the user is a proper person when consistency of the user's response and the detail of history is verified. |
