The present invention relates to a mooring device using a submersible floating bridge which does not interfere with a ship sailing on the sea, is submerged at a predetermined depth of water so that the mooring device is not affected by the sea, can easily detach a floater such as FPSO from the submersible floating bridge submerged underwater to escape in case of emergency situations such as a storm and the like, and which returns to the working sea area and moors the floater, such as the FPSO, at the underwater floating bridge in a short time to resume work. According to the present invention, the mooring device using a submersible floating bridge comprises a pipe having buoyancy and has a flat plane shape, is connected to a rope connected to a weight in a seabed or an anchor, and is connected to a rope connected to the floater at the sea, therefore the submersible floating bridge is positioned to be fixed at a predetermined depth underwater in a lower part of the floater. |
