<p>The present invention relates to a primer and a probe for a polymerase chain reaction which is useful in distinguishing Avellino corneal dystrophy, a kit comprising the same, and a method for distinguishing Avellino corneal dystrophy through a real-time polymerase chain reaction using the same.
