摘要 The present invention relates to a method of measuring a 6-DOF motion of a target and, more particularly, to a method of measuring a 6-DOF motion without attaching a marker or a sensor on a target. A device performing the 6-DOF motion measuring method according to the present invention comprises (1) at least three laser sensors capable of distance measurement, (2) a camera photographing at least two feature points of the target, (3) an image processing device processing an image of the feature points, photographed by the camera, and calculating coordinates, and (4) a computer device calculating a 6-DOF motion of the target by receiving coordinate information from the image processing device and distance information from the laser sensor.
