<p>The machine i.e. soil processing apparatus (10), has a packer unit (16) coupled to a chassis (20). A frame (12) is provided with adjustable disks (14). The packer unit forms a constructional and/or functional unit. The chassis is brought into an active position for road travel and the disks are taken out of contact with the ground in an operating position. Parts of the chassis are brought into an inactive position at an outer side of a contact area with the ground in another operating position, where the packer unit is arranged in contact with the ground in an active condition.</p> |
