PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variation in an in-phase potential occurring due to reset of a comparator.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 90 includes an amplifying unit 91, a comparing unit 92, and a potential adjusting unit 93. The amplifying unit 91 amplifies two voltages and outputs the amplified voltages. The comparing unit 92 receives the two amplified voltages from the amplifying unit 91, outputs a comparison result, and is reset. The potential adjusting unit 93 operates to adjust an in-phase potential at a connection node between the amplifying unit 91 and the comparing unit 92, which varies according to the reset, to a desired potential. |
