The present invention relates to a water-soluble polymer and alkali element ionic salt mixture used for electron injecting and extracting layers of an organic semiconductor device. The present invention provides an organic semiconductor device containing electron injecting and extracting layers formed with a water-soluble polymer and alkali ionic salt mixture including a water-soluble polymer selected from the group consisting of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO), polyvinylalcohol (PVA), polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), poly(ethylene vinyl alcohol) (PEVA) and copolymerization polymer thereof, an ionic salt mixture of alkali metal and earth metal elements, and an ionic salt of a water-soluble polymer and an alkali element. |
