PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slat comprising a linking mechanism capable of: reducing the size of cut part on a main wing required for arrangement of the linking mechanism; and allowing the pivot position of the slat in its swing action to be closer to a tip end of the slat.SOLUTION: A slat of an airplane comprises: a slat body 3; and a position adjusting mechanism for adjusting an attaching position of the slat body 3 on a main wing 1 by making the slat body 3 to perform swing movement. The position adjusting mechanism comprises: a pivot axis S1 to be the center of the swing movement of the slat body 3; and a drive axis S2 which is rotatably supported on a rail 12 and inducing the swing movement by the slat body 3. The drive axis S2 comprises: a main axis 30 acting on the slat body 3 to make the slat body 3 perform the swing movement; an inner eccentric bush 31 which is fixed on the main axis 30 and being eccentric relative to the main axis 30; an outer eccentric bush 32 which is eccentric relative to the inner eccentric bush 31, being rotatably arranged on a periphery of the inner eccentric bush 31 and being rotatably supported on the rail 12. |
