The arrangement has connector with outer layer for shielding, which is arranged on printed circuit board (1). The connector has two shield sections among which shield section has square lid (11) which is pivotable relative to rectangular rear wall (10). The other shield section has two symmetrically constructed side portions (12) connected with other half-shell (15) of the shield section through web (13). A central contact pin (16) is located on the other half-shell, so that other half-shell and side portions are connected with outer layer of circuit board. An independent claim is included for connector of circuit board and connector arrangement.
