A method of air conditioning a carrier rocket using liquid hydrogen is based on compression, drying to the desired dew point temperature, heating or cooling to the desired temperature of atmospheric air and supply to the carrier rocket before its filling with liquid hydrogen, and since the beginning of fueling carrier rocket with liquid hydrogen and until start – supply into the carrier rocket of nitrogen gas preheated to the desired temperature. Nitrogen gas is obtained by separating atmospheric air compressed to a pressure of 1.2-1.6 MPa into nitrogen gas, whose pressure during separation of atmospheric air is reduced to the desired value at the inlet of the carrier rocket, and oxygen gas, which is discharged into the environment. |
