A liquid crystal display panel and a display device, wherein the liquid crystal display panel comprises an opposing substrate (2), an array substrate (3), and a liquid crystal layer located between the opposing substrate (2) and the array substrate (3); and reinforcing plates (4) are provided at edges of the opposing substrate and/or the array substrate. The reinforcing plates are disposed to enhance the strength of the liquid crystal display panel, and avoid light leakage caused by pressure or deformation of the liquid crystal display panel.
