PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide film which has excellent traveling property (easy slipping property) and uniform foamability and can prevent spontaneous ignition caused by thermal decomposition of inorganic phosphorus.SOLUTION: There are provided a polyimide film in which powers mainly made up of inorganic particles having a particle diameter of 0.010 to 6.0 μm are dispersed in the film in an amount of 0.05 to 1.00 wt.% per film resin weight and fine protrusions are formed on the surface and a method for producing the same. |
