1. A method of inducing neutralizing antibodies against four serotypes of dengue fever, mumps virus, measles virus and rubella in a mammal, comprising the administration of vaccinal dengue viruses of four serotypes of dengue and the co-administration of an MMR vaccinal composition to said mammal.
