PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly fix an overhead-wire ladder or the like even in the case where an overhead wire is installed in the same direction as an extending direction of a crossarm of a steel tower.SOLUTION: A fixture for an overhead wire lean-over instrument comprises a rod-like angle body 2 and slits 31-34 for mounting the angle body 2 to a sheave suspension angle 110 in such a freely removable manner that the angle body 2 is overlapped along the sheave suspension angle 110 and that the angle body 2 protrudes from an end portion of the sheave suspension angle 110. Such a fixture 1 is mounted to the sheave suspension angle 110 and fixed by fixing a proximal end portion 300a of an overhead wire ladder 300 to a protruding part 2a of the angle body 2 and hanging a ladder hook 301 of the overhead wire ladder 300 on a second power transmission line 202.
