PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like laminate capable of effectively improving handleability when a water-insoluble polymer thin film is applied to an object to be applied and to provide a method for efficiently producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided the sheet-like laminate or the like which is formed by laminating the water-insoluble polymer thin film and a water-soluble polymer film containing a water-soluble polymer on a water-insoluble resin sheet having flexibility. The film thickness of the water-insoluble polymer thin film is set at a value in the range of 20 to 500 nm and the film thickness of the water-soluble polymer film is set at a value in the range of 20 nm to 500 μm.
