PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor, a detection method, a detection system, and a detector capable of detecting a small molecule.SOLUTION: A sensor includes a coupling part 240 with a second material 220 whose molecular mass is larger than that of a first material 210. The sensor includes a first binding site 231 with the first material 210 and a second binding site 232 with the second material 220. At the same time, the sensor includes a substrate 10 having the coupling part 240 on a surface, which detects whether the first material 210 is included or not in a sample that is in contact with both aptamer 230 that is coupled with either the first material 210 or second material 220 and the second material 220. |
