In order to provide a differential damping function when a lid of an electric product or the like is opened or closed, the present invention provides an electric cooker with a rotational damping controller, comprising: a main body having an inner pot for accommodating food inside and heating the food by a heating source; a lid connected to an upper portion of the main body to be able to rotate and cover the inner pot; a rotary shaft having both ends connected to a first connection portion of one of the lid and the main body and being rotated by elastic and restoring rotational force; a torsion spring interposed in the outer circumference of the rotary shaft so as to provide the elastic and restoring rotational force for opening the lid; a rotary rotor fixed to one side of the rotary shaft and having a blade protruding on the outer circumference of the cylindrical body; a housing disposed at a second connection portion of the other of the lid and the main body to restrict rotation, and providing rotational damping force by the flowing of the damping fluid through a distance between the inner circumference of a hollow portion, which is filled with the damping fluid therein and is formed to insert the blade therein, and an end portion of the blade; and a variable stopper disposed to seesaw by the pressure of the damping fluid and selectively contacted with the outer circumference of the rotary rotor to stop the movement of the damping fluid. |
