Disclosed is a filter washing system using filtered seawater. The filter washing system according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a washing pump for washing the filter; a first washing pipe connected to a filtered seawater discharging unit, for discharging the filtered seawater which is filtered during ballasting and to allow a portion of the filtered sweater to flow into the washing pump; a second washing pipe for allowing a portion of the seawater which is discharged during de-ballasting to flow into the washing pump; and a three-way valve for connecting either the first washing pipe or the second washing pipe with the washing pump. |
