The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for inspecting an electric power conduit in underground by using a mobile device. The apparatus receives degradation damage in a two-dimensional model and realizes and expresses the degradation damage in a three-dimensional model based on correlation between mutual spatial coordinates by independently utilizing the mobile device without support of an external computer system based on a GPS and wired/wireless communication networks when inspecting and diagnosing the electric power conduit in underground at the electric power conduit in underground which is a radio wave shadow area. Therefore, it is possible to improve economic efficiency by reducing time and labor for an additional work for the three-dimensional model realization, and it is also possible to realize and confirm a three-dimensional degradation damage model in real time at the electric power conduit site in underground. Consequently, it is possible to improve the reliability of diagnosis information and a visual inspection check by previously preventing artificial mistakes and errors that can occur in a conversion process of performing three-dimensional regeneration or re-input based on maintenance information and two-dimensional graphic information. |
