Embodiments of the invention may provide a software system for managing innovation. The system may be used by managers in organizations to guide and monitor the innovation process and to manage innovation projects. The system may comprise major elements, namely strategy system, portfolio system, process system, culture system and infrastructure system. Information prepared in each system may automatically populate the other systems. Strategy system tools may be employed for strategic planning. Portfolio System may track the innovation projects and investment and may be sorted by risk/reward level. Further, process system may collect ideas from users of the system. Furthermore, culture system may include role definitions and checklists for Leaders, Champions, and Geniuses and may aggregate information from all systems. The infrastructure system may include tutorials for users. Further, information from all the major elements may be accessible via a dashboard system. |
