<p>An electronic device according to an embodiment is equipped with: a housing; a power-transmission coil unit configured so as to be storable in the housing and capable of being pulled or pushed out therefrom, and provided with a power-transmission coil to be used in contactless power transfer; a detection unit for detecting whether the power-transmission coil unit has been pulled or pushed out to a pre-set state; and a power-transmission unit for transmitting power via contactless power transfer by using the power-transmission coil when the power-transmission coil unit has been pulled or pushed out to the pre-set state.</p> |
