In the low boiling point working fluid Rankine cycle, a liquid-state working fluid (11) is passed through a circulation pump (12), a condensation evaporator (10) or an evaporator (14), and a cooling evaporator (13) to produce a low boiling point working fluid steam that is passed through a superheater (9) to form a low boiling point working medium superheated steam (16) that is then introduced into the turbine (17) to drive a power generator (20) to generate electricity, while a depleted steam discharged by the turbine (17) is cooled by a condenser (18) to form a liquid-state working fluid (11) that is then introduced into the circulation pump (12), thus forming a low boiling point working fluid Rankine cycle loop. The boiling point of the low boiling point working fluid at standard atmospheric pressure is less than -10°C.
