The present invention relates to: a composition, for diagnosing radiation resistance or sensitivity, which selects a marker for diagnosing the radiation resistance or sensitivity of a cancer and includes a substance which measures the existence of the marker; a kit, for diagnosing radiation resistance or sensitivity, which includes the composition; and a method for diagnosing radiation resistance or sensitivity or predicting the radiation treatment of a cancer patient by using the same. The present invention provides a customized radiation treatment by judging the radiation resistance or sensitivity of a cancer cell which is a radiation treatment object by using the composition for diagnosing radiation resistance or sensitivity of the present invention; and is able to increase a treatment effect and reduce a side effect for a cancer patient through the diversity of the radiation treatment object. The present invention can be used to judge the prognosis of a radiation treatment patient (is able to predict a treatment effect).
