<p>A high voltage serial toroidal transformer consists of a circular magnetic circuit (1) along which insulation barriers are placed (2). Subsequent sections of the secondary winding (3) terminated with connection cables (4) are coiled between them. The primary winding (6) is coiled around the secondary winding insulated by binary resin. Primary winding terminals serve to connect voltage of the transformer's supply. Insulation protecting the entire unit against breakdown or mechanical damage provides an external layer of the high voltage serial toroidal transformer.</p> |
