The present application is directed to dual rotating shrink label systems for a container with non-parallel. A base label may be shrunk to non-rotatably conform to the non-parallel sides of the container. A rotating top label may be shrunk to conform over the base label. The rotating top label may have one or more transparent windows displaying printed information on the base label.

1. A rotating shrink label system for a container having non-parallel surfaces, comprising:
a base label adhered to the non-parallel surfaces of the container, the base label comprising a material that shrinks when exposed to an energy source and having a surface with printed information thereon; a rotating top label covering at least a portion of the base label, the top label comprising a material that shrinks when exposed to an energy source; and one or more transparent windows within the top label, the transparent window allowing at least a portion of the printed information to be visible through the transparent window.
