The present invention relates to a welding apparatus for automatic welding square bar constructing capable of automatically welding a basic material by controlling the current carrying amount of a welding torch comprising: a CO2 welding machine (110); a wire feeder (120) connected to the CO2 welding machine (110) through a cable (c) for welding current, voltage, inching, wire feeding motor operation, solenoid valve operation, power supply, and gas supply, and having a wire feeding motor to feed a wire; and an auto carriage (130) connected to the wire feeder (120) through a wire (w) for welding current, voltage, welding signal transmitting, and having a welding torch (131), a motor for driving (132), and a wheel (133). According to the present invention, the welding apparatus is capable of improving the productivity according to automation, and improving the welding quality even if a welding poor worker follows a welding square bar since a welding torch automatically performs welding work in a preset current and voltage condition while an auto carriage is moving in a preset speed when a desired welding square bar is selected. |
