The present invention relates to a battery operating system and an operating method thereof. The present invention is to properly supply power and output power based on a liquid phase battery, and supports the operation control of a pump to provide an optimal condition to output power in this process. The present invention comprises: a liquid phase material and includes a battery which includes a stack which generates power by the reaction of a gas phase material, and a battery management system which controls the pump to control the amount of the liquid phase material using power outputted from the battery stack. |
