PURPOSE: A rubber hose composition is provided to improve physical properties and thermal resistance, to minimize degradation of hardness, tensile strength, and elongation. CONSTITUTION: A rubber hose composition includes an acrylic rubber, filler, plasticizer, antioxidant, processing aid, crosslinking aid, and cross-linking agent. The acrylic rubber is an acrylic terpolymer with an ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, and 2-methoxyethylacrylate. The crosslinking agent is a diamine-based compound with an aromatic structure. A rubber hose comprises a rubber inner layer(10), a reinforcing layer(20) on the inner layer, and a rubber outer layer(30) on the reinforcing layer. The rubber inner layer and/or outer layer includes the rubber hose composition. |
