The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of fermented Ophipogon japonicus for improving blood flow using cordyceps militaris and lactic acid bacteria which comprises a step of pretreating Ophipogon japonicas in a solid or liquid phase; a step of forming mycelium by inoculating cordyceps militaris into an exclusive medium and shake-culturing; a step of inoculating the cordyceps militaris in the pretreated Ophipogon japonicas sample and culturing; and a step of secondarily inoculating the Ophipogon japonicas primarily fermented by cordyceps militaris and culturing. The Ophipogon japonicas fermented product of the present invention has excellent antioxidant effects, increase in antithrombotic components (ruscogenin and cordycepin), fibrinolytic enzyme activity and ACE inhibitory activity thereby being expected as an enhancer for preventing cardiovascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis, hypertension, etc. |
