Disclosed are an emergency escape system of a superstructure of a ship and a ship having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the emergency escape system of a superstructure of a ship comprises a platform to enable users to get on a life boat in the rear side of a superstructure; a retractile escape rod device which is stored at the uppermost end of the superstructure while being folded and which extends downwards to a position adjacent to the platform in case of emergency; an emergency exit on each floor of the superstructure to be adjacent to the escape rod device when the escape rod device extends; and a door for opening or closing the emergency exit. |
