The present invention relates to a centrifuging device having an outlet for improving discharge functions. The centrifuging device especially comprises: an outer container bowl which is an outer rotor; a screw which is an inner rotor; an outer casing including an operating motor which operates the same, a draining hole which covers the outer container bowl and screw and separates and discharges a filtrate and a sludge cake, and an outlet; and a shaft support which is installed at one side cone unit opening part of the outer container bowl in order to be capable of being attached and detached. A plurality of discharge holes are formed at particular angles along the edge of one side cone unit opening part of the outer container bowl, and a sludge discharge guiding cap having the shape of a pottery lid and including a shaft passing hole is installed in the center in order to be capable of being attached and detached. Accordingly, an existing stepped pulley having a particular height and formed on an inner surface between a discharge hole of an outer container bowl and a shaft-supporting lid can be completely removed, so that a sludge cake which is a solid is actively sprayed and discharged by means of a centrifuging force in the direction of rotation and forward direction of a screw and the sludge cake through the discharge holes having the shape of a triangle or the like when extruded through the discharge holes formed along the edge of the sludge discharge guiding cap having the shape of a pottery lid. Thus, sludge which is stationary or remaining and is fixed around the discharge holes does not ever occur, and the load of the sludge cake discharged through the discharge holes can be remarkably reduced, so that the discharged amount of the sludge cake can be significantly increased. |
