摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to open a bypass for communicating a turbine upstream side with a turbine downstream side in an exhaust path even in an operation range in which boost pressure is not sufficiently high, irrespective of an electric waste gate.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine includes: a diverging flow path 36 connected to a downstream side region of a compressor 51 and an upstream side region of a throttle valve 32 in an air intake path 3 such that a part of intake air flows into the diverging flow path 36; an ejector 9 provided on the diverging flow path 36; and an actuator 6 that opens a valve 44 closing a bypass 43 communicating an upstream side of a turbine 52 with a downstream side of the turbine 52 in an exhaust path 4 using a pressure difference between a positive pressure chamber 61 and a negative pressure chamber 62, that can introduce a positive pressure of the downstream region of the compressor 51 and the upstream region of the throttle valve 32 in the air intake path 3 into the positive pressure chamber 61, and that can introduce a negative pressure generated by the ejector 9 into the negative pressure chamber 62.</p>
