PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar having a retractable camera with improved safety compared to a conventional technology.SOLUTION: An opening 13 is provided at a position where a pipe part 11 is surely inserted into a body. A shaft 14 is arranged in an axial direction of the pipe part and along an end portion of the opening 13. A plurality of bearings 15 are fixed in an inner wall of the pipe part 11, and the bearings 15 fix the shaft 14 rotatably. An end portion of the shaft 14 extends outside a trocar. A switching knob 16 is provided at the end portion of the shaft 14. The switching knob 16 can be switched between a storage position and an expanded position and is fixed at each position. A camera 17 is rigidly joined to the shaft 14 as an integrated body at a position corresponding to the opening 13. A cable 18 is connected to the camera 17, inserted through inside the trocar 1, and connected to an external image processing system 6. |
