PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical diffraction layer lamination sheet allowing easy manufacturing of a card having an optical analysis structure, and a method for manufacturing the card.SOLUTION: A hologram lamination sheet material 20A is laminated on a card base material 10 so as to form a part of a lamination structure of a card, and includes a transparent sheet layer 30, a hologram layer 22 having an outer shape smaller than that of the sheet layer 30 and laminated on a lower side Z1 being one face of the transparent sheet layer, and an HS layer 23 adhering to the transparent sheet layer 30 and the hologram layer 22 therebetween. |
