PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion module improved in moisture resistance reliability.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion module 200 includes: a substrate 1 having a first main surface and a second main surface opposite to each other; a photoelectric conversion part 11 arranged on a central part of the first main surface; connecting electrodes 2a and 2b arranged on an outer edge of the first main surface and electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion part 11; wiring conductors 13a and 13b one-side ends of which are connected to the connecting electrodes 2a and 2b and the other-side ends of which are led out to the second main surface side of the substrate 1; a sealing material 20 which seals the photoelectric conversion part 11 on the central part of the first main surface; and a sealing material 21 which covers an outside surface of the sealing material 20 and seals the wiring conductors 13a and 13b on the outer edge of the first main surface. |
