A laser projector according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a beam emitting portion for emitting a laser beam; and a speckle suppressing portion for phase-modulating the laser beam emitted by the beam emitting portion to suppress speckles, wherein the speckle suppressing portion is capable of modulating speckle forms by modulating the phase of the laser beam at a speed unrecognizable by the human eye by means of a rotating action and thereby achieving a high-resolution screen.
