Disclosed is a multilayer ceramic capacitor having high electrode properties and improved dispersion by using composite oxide nanoparticles made of two or more kinds of additive metal elements as the additive of paste. The present invention relates to a paste including a composite oxide nanoparticles and a multilayer ceramic capacitor using the same, wherein the multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a dielectric ceramic layer; an internal electrode layer which is alternately overlapped with the dielectric ceramic layer and is made of the paste including the composite oxide nanoparticles; an effective dielectric part which is formed by the overlap of the dielectric ceramic layer and the internal electrode; and external electrodes which are formed on both ends of the effective dielectric part.
