An inner surface of the mixing vessel is provided with a nonstick coating (17). The inner surface of the mixing vessel is provided with the nonstick coating above a vertical vessel-wall section (18) formed in an area of the agitator. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a mixing vessel for a food processor.
