FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: proposed unit can be used for diagnostics of ICE operation and crank gear and for estimation of mechanical losses. It comprises vertical cylinder with piston, pressure gage, pressure registrator, con-rod engaged with horizontal cylinder crank gear, horizontal cylinder having piston and cooling jacket communicated with high pressure source. Besides, it includes receiver with heater connected to vertical cylinder with piston, and pressure gage connected with receiver. Standard ignition system spark plug is fitted in vertical cylinder with thread studs with adjusting washers to vary compression ratio. Link turn angle transducer is arranged to define the vertical cylinder piston position. Receiver, air pressure control valve and air orifice are connected to horizontal cylinder. Besides, this unit incorporates electric drive to be articulated with horizontal cylinder con-rod, voltmeter, ammeter connected to electric drive to control its power and tachometer engaged with motor shaft.EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.1 dwg |
