A rainfall alarming system, according to an aspect of the present invention, capable of determining an alarm generation time by considering all of efflux of a mountain valley simulated on the basis of rainfall and a water level of the mountain valley includes a raingauge for measuring rainfall of a target area at every pre-determined measurement period; a water level gauge for measuring the water level of the target area; a control part which makes a hydrograph of the target area using a Clark outflow model on the basis of the rainfall, calculates calculation efflux of the target area using the hydrograph according to each time point in the measurement period, and determines an alarm generation time using a converted water level of converting each efflux per each time point in the measurement period into a water level and an actual measurement water level measured by the water level gauge; and an alarm generation part for generating an alarm at the alarm generation time determined by the control part. |
