The invention relates to a system (1) comprising an electrochemical storage device (100) which comprises, when operating normally, an anode chamber (11) filled with an anode material (10), and a cathode chamber (21) filled with a cathode material (20). Said anode chamber (11) is separated from the cathode chamber (21) by ion-conducting solid body electrolytes (30). Said anode chamber (11) is defined on one side at least partially by the solid body electrolytes (30), and on the other side at least partially by a wall (40) surrounding at least partially the solid body electrolytes (30). The electrochemical storage device (100) comprises a head part (110) which can receive and/or supply electric energy, a base part (120) arranged opposite the head part (110) and at least one lateral part (130) comprising the at least one wall (40), which is arranged between the head part (110) and the base part (120). Said system (1) also comprises at least one heat dissipating device (200) which is designed to receive heat from the electrochemical storage device (100) via a first surface (210) and/or to supply the heat thereto and to supply and/or receive the heat via a second surface (220).
