A light-emitting diode, according to the present invention, is a light-emitting diode having a semiconductor stacked structure in which a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer and an active layer are stacked, the light-emitting diode including a transparent conductive layer comprising a first transparent conductive layer formed on the second semiconductor layer and a second transparent conductive layer formed on the first transparent conductive layer so as to have a conductivity different from that of the first transparent conductive layer. The present invention can reduce a surface resistance and a contact resistance by forming a high-quality transparent conductive layer, can lower a driving voltage by improving electron mobility, and can improve light-emitting efficiency since a current can be easily spread. |
