The present invention relates to vibration reduction apparatus. The vibration reduction apparatus includes: a mass, a main body where the mass is installed on; a first oil pressure chamber unit connecting the mass and the main body; a second oil pressure chamber unit which connects the mass and the main body and is installed to be spaced apart from the first oil pressure chamber unit in the width direction; an oil pressure line connecting the first oil pressure chamber unit and the second oil pressure chamber unit; and a damping controller which is installed on the oil pressure line to control the vibration of the mass due to the movement of the oil. The first and second oil pressure chamber units are connected through the oil pressure line to maintain the equilibrium of the force by the flow of the oil in the oil pressure line to reduce the vibration of the mass such as a gear box.
