PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer pipe assembly that prevents self excited vibration of heat transfer pipes and a heat recovery device having the same by securely supporting the heat transfer pipes with a simpler structure.SOLUTION: A group of heat transfer pipes includes a plurality of heat transfer pipes 4 arranged substantially parallel with each other with a predetermined interval, each of which extend in the substantially vertical direction and inside which heat medium flows, a plurality of fins disposed on the outer circumferential part of each heat transfer pipe 4, and penetration parts through which the heat transfer pipes 4 having the fins are inserted formed thereon, and a plurality of perforated plates 1 arranged in a substantially horizontal direction. Groups of heat transfer pipes are arranged substantially parallel to each other with a predetermined interval and the perforated plates 1 of adjacent groups of heat transfer pipes are connected to each other by a connection part 7 that defines a relative position between the heat transfer pipes 4 and the perforated plates 1. The connection part 7 has such a length that the fins and the penetration part are in contact. |
