<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of introduction work of a program via a network.SOLUTION: A program introduction support apparatus comprises: transmitting means for transmitting a program to be introduced to a device connected via a network; restart request means for transmitting a restart request to the device; and restart success/failure determination means for confirming presence or absence of occurrence of a communication impossible state with the device after the restart request. When the restart success/failure determination means does not confirm the occurrence of the communication impossible state, the restart request means retransmits the restart request.</p>
