PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an influence of a variation in separation position of a white reference board from a color sensor, on measurements of measuring means.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 100 includes a color sensor 200, a white reference board 230, and a black shutter 214. In measuring patch images, the image forming apparatus 100 moves the white reference board 230 to a position separated from the color sensor 200, and moves the shutter 214 to a position to block light from the color sensor 200, and thereby passing a sheet having the patch images formed thereon between the color sensor 200 and the shutter 214. |
