A method for diagnosing the state of the uterine cavity provides for exposing the cervix uteri with gynecological speculum, inserting the intrauterine balloon catheter into the cervical canal, administering 10-20 mL of 0.9 % NaCl solution into the uterine cavity, and providing echohisteroscopy with vaginal ultrasonic probe for defining the internal contour of the uterine cavity and the state of endometrium allowing for the detection of the pathology in the uterine cavity. |
