A plastic one-component cap for carbonated beverages in containers having a neck with an external screw thread consists of an upper part and a skirt with an internal screw thread and an annular sealing belt, wherein the upper part is concave and has stiffeners covering the outer surfaces of the upper part of cap and skirt, and on the inner surface of the concave portion an additional sealing belt is formed, while in the sealing area the material of lid is thickened. |
