<p>A touch panel according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a transparent substrate and an electrode pattern formed on one surface of the transparent substrate. An uneven part is formed on the one surface of the transparent substrate. The electrode pattern may be formed on the uneven part in a shape corresponding to the uneven part. According to the present invention, the height of the electrode pattern is irregular by forming the uneven part on the transparent substrate so that a moire on the electrode pattern using a mesh pattern can be prevented.</p>
