PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a ginseng formulation containing high concentration ginseng prosapogenin by sonication is provided to contain high concentration ginsenoside Rg_2, Rg_3, Rg_5, and Rk_1 by treating ginseng or a ginseng extract by sonication and drying. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a ginseng formulation containing prosapogenin comprises the steps of treating ginseng or a ginseng extract by sonication at 80-120 deg. C for 1-60 minutes; and drying the ginseng or the ginseng extract. The ginseng or the ginseng extract is ginseng or an alcohol extract of ginseng. The ginseng or the ginseng extract is treated by adding distilled water. |
